Beauregard Therapy and JW Therapy Solutions introduces Hearts of Men; Mental Wellness Group for African-American Men. Join the bi-weekly men's group as we discuss topics and concerns that we face daily. This group will convene bi-weekly as we build community and move forward together. Groups will meet on a bi-weekly basis and process topics such as stress management, family, relationship, career, finances, marriage, and more!
