Chronicles of A Black Executive

In today’s social climate, people are identifying racial inequity, and many are looking for ways to be allies. Also, those of us who are disenfranchised are searching for strategies on how to thrive despite negative odds.

I started as a college intern twenty years ago, rose through the ranks, and I have served as a corporate executive for several Fortune 500 companies throughout my career.

This book chronicles my unique journey as black man in the elite club of black executives. I share insight into why corporations must lead with empathy to drive transformation, and highlight the ways that we all thrive when we embrace empathy and diversity. I hope to enlighten those who seek to be our allies, and strengthen those who aspire to walk this path.
